My Brother’s version of Coffee Jelly with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

Plain Alsa Gulaman Flavor

Coffee any brand

Vanilla Ice Cream

-          Mixed plain alsa gulaman and coffee then heat in a pan until dissolve.

-          Place it in a container then wait until it become solid.

-          Slice the coffee gulaman into cubes or whatever size/shape you want.

To prepare:

-          Get a cup, put small amount of coffee gulaman then two scope of vanilla ice cream then put small amount of coffee. You can add also chocolate syrup.

The taste is good and it looks appetizing. Please try and let me know the outcome.
