1st Stop.

Buko Juan at Centris Mall Q.C
- free buko shakes from the owner himself, Wins





2nd Stop

Stronghand Shooting Range at E.Rodriguez Q.C
- range fee is 500 pesos for non member
- rented two guns, 45 ACP and 9mm for 1000 pesos
- used 200 bullets for 2150 pesos




3rd Stop

SM North Edsa at Q.C
- planned to buy boxing gloves but no available 12ounce size
- bought drinks at Jamba Juice with free taste of pretzel cinnamon while enjoying their photobooth.


4th Stop

Pino Resto Bar at Teachers Village, Q.C
- ordered kare kareng bagnet, kalderetang lengua, crispy tenderloin tapsilog, bacon and cheese stuffed chicken breast and one pitcher of house special ice tea.


5th Stop

Mang Lary's Isawan at UP Campus Q.C
- ordered isaw baboy special, isaw manok and isaw baboy


Last Stop

Eastwood Q.C.
- walked around Eastwood, bought DQ ice cream and J.Co doughnut

1st Stop @ Vigan
- check-in at Cordillera Inn (Calle Crisologo)
- walked around Vigan, Plaza and Cathedral





2nd Stop @ Pagudpud
- lunch at Hannah's Resto
- walked around Blue Lagoon
- visited Bantay Abot Cave
- drive to Patapat Viaduct
- checked the mini altar with the running water from the mountain
- moment at the Bangui Windmills
- sunset at lighthouse





3rd Stop @ Laoag
- dinner at Macy's Diner
- check-in at Tiffany Hotel beside Macy's Diner same owner
- morning tour at Paoay Sand Dunes (4x4 experienced, sandboarding, walked by the bay)
- breakfast at Macy's Diner before going back to Vigan.





4th Stop @ Vigan
- lunch at Cafe Leona
- walked around calle crisologo, vigan plaza and bought some pasalubong (Tiongson Bakery - royal bibingka, chichacorn and longanisa)
- tried Vigan Empanada
- visited Winston relatives at Vigan




5th Stop at Marsha's Delicacies
- bought their famous bibingka and brownies


6th Stop at La Union
- dinner at Midway Grill



Then back to Manila.

Tagaytay again and again and again...........

@Mahogany market, one of the cheapest and best place to try and eat bulalo, with free banana and pineapple.


@Bag of beans, nice place, good food (bread, dessert and breakfast, lunch buffet), best drinks. A must try when you visit Tagaytay


@Skyranch Tagaytay, good for the kids and feeling kids, many rides to try and some fastfood and resto beside the theme park.

How how - Banana Cake

Banana Cake



Ingredients:

280 g butter
1 1/2 sugar
2teaspoon
2 eggs
5 ripe bananas
3 cups of flour 4 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 milk plus another 2 teaspoon


Mix flour, baking powder, salt
Melt the butter, sugar and vanilla in a medium sized saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Add mashed bananas and stir through until just blended.
Add egg and mix in well. Stir in flour, add milk and mix lightly, then put in a 26.5 cm circle baking pan.
Bake at 170°C for approximately 70 minutes

We ordered two of their famous combo meals,;

Cabbage roll
Spanakopita

Ice tea - bottomless



Combo 2
Keftedes (meatballs)
Souvlaki(pork barbeque)
Garlic rice
Salad
Ice tea - bottomless

Before they served your order they will give you a free appetizer, they called it pita bread with greek humus.



520 pesos budget is good for two.

Second Stop; @ Mother's Crepe & Cafe

Tried the choco banana almond crepe and also caramel latte and apple tea. 



300 pesos budget is good for two.

Third Stop; @ Swensen's

Ordered Double happy green tea for 169 pesos.




Last stop; @ Urmeneta's House

Ate the famous mango bravo from conti's and drink Martini rose and Jim Bean.

Thai Resto

After 7months I've tried thai foods again, my all time favorite Chicken Pad Thai and Thai Green Iced Tea.


Where's that Resto? Jatujak at SM Mall of Asia.

Chicken Pad Thai
Prawns With Garlic
Bagoong Rice

You must try Bagoong Rice also, the best bagoong rice in town with onion, beef, scramble egg and green mango. Best if you mixed them all.

Meet my brother idol Nats! @ Mckinkey Hill Taguig Fort Bonifacio at exactly 4pm. Then the road trip begun with Nats expensive car, bigatin na ang OJT namin sa Unilever. :)

Firts Stop, Mang Larry's Isawan at UP Diliman Quezon City.

Cash Only, dine-in or take-out, price is 6 pesos for all isaw except for the special isaw. You must try pork isaw and goto.

Second stop, UP Oblation at UP Diliman Quezon City
My chance to take of photo of their famous UP Oblation Statue.



Third stop, J-jay's Inasal at Metrowalk Pasig
I forgot to take some photos of what we eat and drink but to named it, sisig, half fried chicken, san miguel beer light But we haven't tried their famous inasal, we went just for chit chat .

Fourth and last stop, Mom & Tina's Bakery Cafe

Shop hours: 7am until 11pm
We've tried sweets to end this road trip. Cupcakes is one of their famous sweets but they sell also cakes, cold drinks and coffee. Cupcakes price is 50 pesos.




I forgot to mentioned also that before our road trip started, Me and my officemates ate Buritos & Tacos Mexican Kitchen for our lunch. Individual price of our meal starts at 340 pesos, per meal is actually good for two.
