I forgot to take some photos of what we eat and drink but to named it, sisig, half fried chicken, san miguel beer light But we haven't tried their famous inasal, we went just for chit chat .

We've tried sweets to end this road trip. Cupcakes is one of their famous sweets but they sell also cakes, cold drinks and coffee. Cupcakes price is 50 pesos.

I forgot to mentioned also that before our road trip started, Me and my officemates ate Buritos & Tacos Mexican Kitchen for our lunch. Individual price of our meal starts at 340 pesos, per meal is actually good for two.

From the name itself, they sell different kinds of nuts. Best to try is the Choco Sun Flower. 100g = 125 Pesos.

They used freshly baked breads, you can select breads, sauces and a variety of delicious toppings. I've ordered Wow BLT (Bacon Lettuce and Tomatoes) for 69 Pesos only (Promo). Bread is Honey Oat and Sauce is Honey Mustard.

High School Get2gether

High School Get2gether

Another high school get-together for this year, second get-together. Meeting point was at SM Bacoor between 3 to 5 PM. Who showed up at the meeting place in SM Bacoor were Ace, Lyjie, Sarah, Aileen, Marlon, Weng, Rhoda and Rhyan. Then we waited for Brian at Mercury Drug across SM Bacoor before we went to Kainan sa Balsa. Oops!! At 7-11 in Mabolo, we met with Catleah before we went to Kainan sa Balsa. For some, it was their first time in that place and they felt happy although it was hot there. But because it was a get-together, everyone enjoyed the night with a smile. Me and Marlon ordered our food (rice, soup, chop suey, pakbet, barbecue, inihaw na panga and pancit). Dinner was served and while we were eating, Arlyn arrived. Then after dinner, it’s picture taking time Where everyone should wear our DPA Batch ’99 t-shirts. While we were having our pictures taken, everyone’s also laughing to the max, especially when we had our 10 shoots. Then someone just texted Cathleah and asking where we were and if she can still come, who was she? Nela. We informed her that we will go to Bialetti after Kainan sa Balsa, so she said that she will go to Bialetti and meet with us. We went to Bialetti and continued the chitchat, picture taking, and laughter to the max while drinking smoothies. Before I forget, Airell was just around the corner, waiting for updates. J

We always miss our High School Life and off course our classmates/friends.

After 13 years, we stepped in again in our high school Alma Mater Del Pilar Academy. We remembered things we shared, places we hangouts, teachers we really missed and changes happened to the school after 13 years. 

Why we went to Delpa? Because of the Inter Batch Basketball League, to support our batch ’99 basketball team (Dream Team). And who are the supporters? If I’m not mistaken we are only 5 namely (Julia, Jessica, Catleah, Lyjie and Me).

All though it is raining the program continue and the show must go on what ever happens and like what organizers said “This is a Blessings”. We all agreed with the organizers and amazed to all former students in different batches came and witness this first ever event.

We bagged the Third Place against Batch 2002. Congrats to all the players of Batch '99 and to all the supporters. And to PJ Pallera for being chosen as one of the mythical five.

Thanks to the organizers (DPAAI – Del Pilar Academy Alumni Association Inc.) for this successful project to gather all batch members by putting up a basketball game league and to our DPA Principal Ma’am Lorina Garcia Advincula (one of the well loved teacher in our batch).

Hope we could have a grand reunion for our batch ’99. Where are the batch class organization officers?

Like if you Want

I've watched the Fourth game (August 19, 2012) with high school bath mates, At first I know Batch 99 will win over batch  2006. But I was wrong, although same energy for both team but they have different strategy. I think on the next game the team should learned from the past game in terms of offense and strategy in time of tied game and you have less than a minute and in offense. But nevertheless, that was a nice game and I know that the team is happy what ever happened and off course their batch supporters. 

Sixth game, Batch '99 won against Batch 2008 - it was a toughed game although some players of batch '99 concluded that they will not win in that game. Why? because batch 2008 is one of the best team in the competition. But what we said that everything is possible just have faith and believe in their strength and team effort.
